Replacing full crew craps tables with things like Roll to Win and Arena craps. They are nickle and diming people to death. Look at all the crap Vegas is pulling lately. You may ask well why would they do that? My answer would be.well, why are they making all Blackjack tables pay out 6/5? Why are they replacing all roulette two zero wheels with three zero wheels? Why are they getting rid of Full Pay Video Poker machines? All of the games enjoy a natural house edge already in their older forms.
Just a small change like that would greatly increase the casino's earnings over tens of thousands of rolls. So instead of a 16.67% chance of the seven appearing as in a normal distribution, it makes it a 17.74% chance or whatever. An algorithm that determines just one more series of vibrations will increase the likelihood of the seven, not guarantee it. Perhaps it can be adjusted to where the occurrence of 7s appearing is slightly increased.
For example the plate that vibrates the dice. What I mean is, I could easily imagine those machines being adjustable to the whims of the casino. But I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the truth was somewhere in-between. It's hard to claim it's rigged on a game that's already in the house's favor.
